The MIO CG-51638 Patented Cable Grab is designed to provide dependable vertical fall protection for workers ascending or descending a variety of fixed structures. Manufactured from durable stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance while remaining lightweight for comfortable daily use.

Its automatic cable-following design provides hands-free operation, allowing the device to move freely with the user while maintaining continuous attachment to the vertical lifeline. The detachable design enables the cable grab to be installed or removed anywhere along compatible cable systems without disconnecting the lifeline.

Important: MIO cable grabs must always be used with a compatible shock absorber. The CG-51638 model is intended for use on cable lifelines that already incorporate a built-in shock absorber.
