Disappointing

This swiveling, spring-loaded handle helps me in one respect and hurts me in others. It’s almost impossible to take all the water off unless the spring is fully loaded and the angle is zero degrees. The spring tension adjuster is useless. The quick release is on the underside of this handle, and it’s prone to coming loose while you’re working. The screws that adjust the grip strength on the channel are all the way in, and the channel still moves back and forth in the handle.

A pamphlet describes the process of locking the channel into the zero-degree position. But it’s written so vaguely that I can’t figure out how to do it.

The handle’s saving grace is the zero-degree angle that occurs when the spring is fully loaded. I can get into some spots that I can’t easily do with a fixed-angle handle.
