How Long Is This Pole?

The Sorbo California Dream Pole is 2-section and comes in two different sizes. The size listed is the fully EXTENDED LENGTH. To figure out the collapsed length, divide the listed size in half and add about 6 inches to account for the wood taper tip and collar.

Example: The 8 foot, 2-section pole would collapse down to about 52 inches.

What Tools Fit On to This Pole?

The Sorbo Jam-Proof End Tip comes on the Sorbo California Dream Pole. It’s a tapered tip with o-rings to hold tool handles firmly, yet release them easily.

The Sorbo Jam-Proof End Tip allows you to attach tools (like most window cleaning tools) with a friction fit. Push the tool’s handle onto the pole tip and give it a twist while pushing it on. This will give a firm connection that stays in place and is easy to remove with a simple pull and twist. To reduce tip-to-handle friction, one or two o-rings can be removed from the tip.

Are Replacement Parts Available For This Pole?

Yes! The Sorbo Jam-Proof End Tip is replaceable. You can find it listed in the related items at the bottom of the page.

My Sorbo California Dream Pole Is Hard To Extend And Collapse. Is There Anything I Can Do To Fix It?

Regular maintenance is good for the longevity of your Sorbo California Dream Pole, and it’s very simple. All that’s needed is to periodically, about once per year, lubricate the threads of the locking collar. This is best done with the Sorbo Shim kit, which includes a lubricant designed specifically for the Sorbo California Dream Pole. This shim kit is available. Email us or give us a call.
