EacoChem Cleansol BC

EacoChem Cleansol BC is a highly dilutable, all-purpose alkaline cleaner designed to deep clean virtually any surface from vinyl, painted metal to wood to EIFS. Cleansol BC is a brushless application that allows cleaning professionals to maximize their profitability while obtaining an exceptional clean. Cleansol BC is ideal for removing tough oxidation staining from industrial, governmental, educational, and residential buildings safely and effectively.

Limitations

• Does not remove deep black stains (use HD Britenol)
• Polished aluminum could be whitened or browned (use HD Britenol)
• Works equally well in hot or cold temperatures, but should not exceed 120o Fahrenheit
• Caution: Do not use or put Cleansol BC on unpainted metal surfaces.

While this list is extensive, there are other substrates that Cleansol BC may be suitable for that are not listed. Every cleaning situation is unique in its own way, so please follow all precaution, pre-testing and application instructions included in the Product Data Sheet.

Dilutions

First, dilute 4 parts water to 1 part Cleansol BC to make ready to use, then follow the dilution ranges listed below.

• 10 parts water to 1 part Cleansol BC for difficult cleaning
• 20 parts water to 1 part Cleansol BC for light soil
• Undiluted for gutters and down spouts

Note: Dilutions will vary based on the severity of stain and type of surface.

Coverage Rates

Coverage rates with Cleansol BC will vary from 100-250 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the surface porosity, texture, ambient temperature, craftsmanship, and severity of staining.

Caution: Do not allow the product to dry on a surface.
