When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed before 1 PM EST almost always ship the same day. We ship the majority of orders UPS Ground, but occasionally smaller orders are shipped through the post office via Priority Mail.


Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link to the website of the shipping company (usually UPS) and show you where your package is in the delivery process.


Can I get Overnight Delivery?

YES! You can choose expedited shipping when you checkout. You can also call us if you need priority delivery 800-535-6394. All 2-Day and Next Day shipping requests are processed immediately upon receipt.

Please note that some products are not available for 2-Day and Next Day delivery.


Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax only applies to customers purchasing in Michigan.

Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee?

YES! We offer a 30-Day money back guarantee! We call it our Love it or Return it Satisfaction Guarantee!

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction! Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Simply return the item(s) to us via US mail or UPS.

Include:

  • Copy of the original invoice
  • Reason for the return

We will review the return ASAP once it arrives. For credit, returns must be received in new, saleable condition unless otherwise approved. Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment originally used. Products can only be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase unless otherwise approved. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exception: We only accept High Rise items and Ladders when returned within 7 days of purchase, and these items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
