When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within one business day. Orders placed before Noon EST almost always ship the same day. We ship the majority of orders UPS Ground, but occasionally smaller orders are shipped through the post office via Priority Mail.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link to the website of the shipping company (usually UPS) and show you where your package is in the delivery process.

Can I get Overnight Delivery?

YES! You can choose expedited shipping when you checkout. You can also call us if you need a priority delivery at 800-535-6394. All 2-Day and Next Day shipping requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Orders placed after our Noon EST cutoff may not be able to ship the same day.

Please note that some products are not available for 2-Day and Next Day delivery.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

We charge sales tax as required by state law. Sales tax currently applies to orders shipping to Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee?

YES! We offer a 30-Day money back guarantee! We call it our Love it or Return it Satisfaction Guarantee!

We have so much faith in our vendors that if your don't love their products, we'll buy them back. We guarantee your 100% satisfaction! Return them to us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. We can also warranty exchange products for you.

Simply return the item(s) to us via US mail, UPS, or Fedex.

Include:

  • The bottom portion of your packing slip
  • A reason for the return

We will review the return ASAP once it arrives. Refunds will be returned to the same form of payment originally used (credit card, Paypal, etc.). Products can only be returned for up to 30 days after the original purchase unless otherwise approved. Used items are not refundable after 30 days. Return labels and shipping charges will not be refunded.

For the quickest processing of your return, please call or email us and we'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number. That way, your return can be processed more quickly and efficiently.

Exceptions: We only accept High Rise items and Ladders when returned within 7 days of purchase, and these items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. For credit beyond our standard policy, returns must be pre-approved and received in new, saleable condition. Returns past 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
