After using the "18 inch Master Squeegee Brass Channel" roughly 400 days, I am still receiving the same results as the first day. Proper cleaning, and blade replacement will grant you the longevity offered by this product. For Tropical Climates (Hawaii) Brass is preferable to stainless steel for longevity.
